2. Booking requests
Submitting the booking form sends a request. It does not reserve an appointment. The workshop will confirm the date and work with you. Your preferred date is not live availability. We are open Monday to Friday, 08:30–17:30, and closed at weekends. No payment is taken through the booking form.
3. Services and estimates
We offer wet cambelt and cambelt replacement, servicing, diagnostics, brake, clutch and suspension repairs, and MOT-related repairs. Work depends on the vehicle, its condition and the parts required. Prices shown on the website are guides. We will confirm the scope and price for your vehicle before you authorise work. Diagnostics or inspection may reveal further work; we will explain the proposed work and price and seek your approval first.
4. Your vehicle and timing
Please provide accurate registration, model, mileage and relevant service history, and tell us about any known faults or safety concerns. Remove personal valuables before leaving your vehicle with us. We will tell you if our assessment changes the planned work or expected completion time.
5. Payment and changes
We will explain the payment amount and method when agreeing the work. To change or cancel an appointment, contact us as soon as possible. Any charge for work already authorised or parts specially ordered will be discussed with you in line with your legal rights and what was agreed for that job.
6. Warranty and concerns
Our website states a 12-month / 12,000-mile warranty on our work. We will explain the coverage for your job when the work is agreed and recorded on your paperwork. If you have a concern about completed work, contact us promptly with your invoice and details of the issue so we can assess it. We will carry out services with reasonable care and skill. Nothing on this page limits your statutory consumer rights.
